Due to multiple reasons, QuickBooks won’t let you print bills and invoices. If you can’t print from QuickBooks then the issue could be with your computer or with QuickBooks itself. The first thing that you need to do to resolve the problem is verifying that your printer is working optimally. You may also try to print a test report to check that printer is working well. If it’s not working for other documents as well then restart your printer and reconnect it with the network router. You may also check the offline printer status and manually turn it online. Once the printer problem rectifies, then use the Print and PDF repair tool in the QuickBooks tool hub to eliminate errors in QuickBooks that are preventing you to print bills and invoices.

You can update the content on the Billing address field to ensure it'll print.
Please follow the steps:
1. On the left navigation bar, select Sales.
2. Go to the Customers tab.
3. Click the customer name.
4. Go to the Customer Details tab.
5. Click Edit.
6. Below the Address tab, make sure the box beside Same as billing address is unchecked.
7. Make sure the information on the Billing address field is correct.
8. Click Save.
Once done, please try to print an invoice again and see if it'll print the correct billing address information.
You can create a dummy invoice to verify this:
Click the Plus icon.
Under Customers, select Invoice.
Enter the customer's name.
In the Billing address box, you will see the address that is entered in the customer's profile.
