Despite QuickBooks is one of the best accounting software, there are times when you can face issues with it, for example, QuickBooks Error 3371. If you are among those who are struggling with Error 3371 at the moment then you’ve come to the right place. Although the error can be quite frustrating, it can also be fixed without much effort or help from QuickBooks Customer Support. You can experience this issue either when you are installing the QB program on your device or trying to use it after the installation. It occurs due to installation issues that can lead to QuickBooks license data not able to load. You might be receiving Error 3371, Status Code - 111118, or Error 3371, Status Code - 1 that is a type of Error 3371 itself.
To fix the error, you need to:
Reinstall the Entitlement file
Update Windows Manually
Perform a clean installation
After performing each of these troubleshooting steps, try running QuickBooks to see if the error is fixed or not. If you can’t fix the issue anyway, contact QuickBooks Support for assistance.
Run the 3371 Error Fix from the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
Step 1: Download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub
The QuickBooks Tool Hub helps fix common errors. For the best experience, we recommend using Tool Hub on Windows 10, 64-bit.
Close QuickBooks.
We recommend you download the most recent version (1.4.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop). Note: If you've already installed Tool Hub before, you can find out which version you have. Select the Home tab. The version will be displayed on the bottom right or you can select About to view the version.
Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
Step 2: From the Tool Hub, run the 3371 Error Fix
In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Installation Issues.
Select 3371 Error Fix.
Select OK.
Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
